My name is Kara Pearson, and you have stumbled upon my curated lifestyle blog where I share all my favorite fashion must-haves, foodie happenings, self-care secrets and so much more. I am a girl who adores the "finer" things in life like a warm cup of coffee in the morning, a good book to read curled into the covers, a meal made from scratch while savory aromas fill my kitchen, and a waltz around an inspiring art museum. Can't you just tell that I'm a libra? All these little things that have enhanced my life, I just had to share with you all. So walk along with me on my blog, while I teach you how to effortlessly style and enjoy your life for all it's wonder.

Kara Pearson, is considered a “Jill-Of-All-Trades” because of her wide skill-set in developing successful and impactful brands in the digital world. She grew up in Santa Barbara, CA where she started her own freelance company, Styled by Kara, that facilitates the growth of small-businesses with writing, graphic design, photography and wardrobe styling. Although she originally started her career as a fashion stylist, she discovered her most profound passion is writing. She has published writing in several online/print publications, online blogs, and has a published book as a ghost-writer. By creating these thoughtful personal narratives, and producing ambitious stories with content, Kara creates human connection.

"When people ask me: "𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒅𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒅𝒐?" I never know how to truly answer the question without delivering a lengthy novel of my decade of experience. I wear so many hats for so many people and different companies that it's hard to pin-point one title to truly describe what I do. But I do believe there is one word that has been popping up as a common theme in my career: 𝒂𝒓𝒕. ⁣

Art is written with 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱, found in every corner of 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, sewed into 𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞, discovered in 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 expression, and captured in every 𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡. I am a mosaic of all those things pieced together. So when you ask me what I do, the only answer I can give is: I am an artist. And I use my art to help cultivate community, connection and creation to grow small-businesses."
